Hey, I’m Lakhi.
I've spent over a decade in partnerships and operations in product teams, working everywhere from scrappy start-ups to large organisations. And what did I learn? In every circumstance, the magic happens when you balance commercial acumen, data-driven decisions, context, and real empathy for the people on the other end. That's what drives results every time, and that's what fires me up.
Over my career, I've developed a T-shaped skillset. I genuinely enjoy learning and exploring new skills, getting my hands dirty in data, product operations, insights, tools, workshop facilitation, strategic partnerships, workflow design, and program management.
In Partnerships, you really get to be the mini-CEO of your world, and I loved my time doing that. It's fair to say leaders and colleagues shaped me over my career, introducing pragmatism and ideologies of product thinking and Working Backwards early. I followed that energy and doubled down on those extracurricular projects, moving back into operations with creative product thinking and real-world knowledge about the metrics that matter through commercial experience.
I'm currently working to complete my BIDA certification and live on the beautiful Isle of Wight, United Kingdom, with my husband, Nick, our son, Oliver, and our really, very vocal cat, Chunky.
